As a federation we are committed to equality. We value the contribution of each school within the federation and ensure that each schools individual needs, resources and ethos is protected.
As a federation we have developed a number of expertise and skills which are aimed at ensuring challenge and school improvement support, support and intervention to ensure high quality teaching and learning, systems and processes to ensure financial and operational excellence allowing headteachers and head for schools to lead their schools and teachers to teach.
Our services include:
School Business Management: A team of finance and business professionals who can support with budget setting. Motoring, reporting, efficiency savings and income generation.
Operations Coordination: A team of expert professionals who can support with systems and processed for HR, staff management, CPD, Compliance, Governance, GDPR, Health and safety, model policies and PR.
Federation Literacy and Maths specialists: We have a team of experienced and highly skilled literacy and maths specialists who can provide school to school support, advice, training and interventions to support high quality teaching and learning.
EYFS Specialists: Our Early Years team has over 15 years experience in EYFS both at school and at consultant level.
Speech and Language expertise: As part of our Federation we have Hedworthfield Speech and Language resource base. This specialism within our federation has allowed us to develop a range of skills and expertise in relation to speech and language provision,. We can offer expert advice and support and ensure all of our schools are I CAN trained through our licensed tutors. We also have access to our own speech and language therapist.
Experienced Senior Leadership: The senior leadership of the school are exceptionally experienced in a range of fields and have delivered a number of successful school to school improvement projects and support for potential learners.
Effective Governance: Our governing board is exceptionally experienced at both primary and secondary levels. Our chair of governors is a National Leader of Education.
